Absolutely nothing.

Everything. This place was awful. Black mold. Didnโ€™t respond to our requests and concerns. Ignored us. Awful, off putting smell around the whole apartment. Dirty sheets. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The location was perfect, very close to Interlaken west station. We stayed in the first floor two bed room apartment where the views were amazing and all the facilities worked fine. We cooked most of our breakfast and dinner and there wasnโ€™t an issue. The rooms and the dining area didnโ€™t have any issues and were comfortable.

The bathroom was very small and smelled of mould. You will suffocate if the exhaust is not continuously working. There is no bathroom cleaning by the property FYI and water stagnates on the floor. Also, we felt the heating is not working properly though it could be because we were feeling extra cold. The kitchen exhaust didnโ€™t work but that wasnโ€™t a big deal as the oven and microwave worked fine.
