Location

Had a strong rotten smell at the entrance door due to the trash bins storage at the property. Then the room that was assigned to us (triple room) has a very strong dampness smell that was hard to bear initially. We requested change of room however the person on the phone during after office hours was rude and said can't do anything. Private bathroom was not attached to the room and was across the room in the hallway. The kitchen, sitting area etc. is common for all the rooms rented.

Location was good.

Poor cleanliness, not comfortable at all.

Localização excelente, quarto e banheiro bem espaçosos. Funcionário da recepção muito educado e atencioso . Permitiu que deixássemos as malas no hotel até o horário de Check in, isso nos ajudou muito diante dos poucos dias que estaríamos na cidade.

A Cama de casal era antiga e estava com a grade quebrada, fazendo barulho e com o meio afundado.

The pillows were very poor.

The rooms very big and comfortable and clean. The host was very kind and made smooth check in possible. The kitchen was clean and had all the basic utensils for cooking along with induction stove, microwave, toaster, fridge to store items, sofa and dining table. The bathroom was clean.

Though the hotel provides private bathroom, the bathroom was still outside the room and everytime, had to go out of the room to get to the bathroom. Also, the windows one additional wooden with small horizontal openings. The wooden doors were missing the locking mechanism which made it hard for privacy as we had got ground floor rooms. The bathroom ceiling had little traces of mold. Little far from Interlaken Ost station, but very near to Interlaken west stations
