Waldeg 4 Historic House - Holiday Apartment

The apartment was not ready. The host forgot about it and we had to send him a message to remind him.

Spacious & comfortable beds

It was on the 2nd floor where it was tough to bring up the luggages to upstairs using stairs

Place is soo convenient and very accessible to all transportation i really like it.

Apartment is old but still okay . Just the sink has a problem.

Great location, plenty of space.

Bed bugs in second bedroom - climbing all up the walls and over the bed through the night. My daughter ended up with bites all over her arms. Sent a message to the owner to ask if they could sort some insecticide to kill them but never heard back. I ended up buying some spray myself to try and kill them. Wouldn’t have noted this about the bugs if I had of heard back and had some help with trying to kill them off from the property manager.

Easy check-in and check-out. Good appartement for a short stay. Cleaning was very good.

The heater wasn't heating the house sufficiently and the entrance to the building is disorganized.

Close to station and the room has great views from its veranda

Almost everything: dirty and the staff/management person cannot be contacted by phone and never replied any mails. So frustrating.

Honestly I like the location and house. This is the best apartment to stay in Interlaken. Location is very good and they are supporting to give early check in in house.

Kitchen Stuff ,Some of the utensils are not clean and good. Light was not working in one bedroom. Very less Kitchen material in the house. Chimney in the Kitchen was not working.
