Waldeg 4 Historic House - Holiday Apartment

Location was great, 2 bedrooms and another bed in living room. Owner offered parking at another property for free

Took 2 hours to get check in information, I was asking for a refund before I got entry to the apartment. The floors were dirty, kitchen was quite old and we didn't want to cook there (which is why we rented an apartment not hotel). Rooms were very noisy, you could hear every movement from apartment above which kept us awake alot.

property was neat and clean with all facilities in it.

little difficult to find our room no host we had to collect keys. they charged us extra 20 euro as a non refundable security deposit ( which i was not aware of). if you dont pay that you have to pay 1000 euro deposit which i think is very unfair and wrong way of doing business. Also all these instructions were in french not in english , so if u dont know french you have to be very carefull dealing with them.

Location was excellent,every room has balcony,very lively location.host was responsive but never met him.

Bit older inside the property,furniture, kitchen & bathroom.

only the beds were bad quality , we all were found it difficult to sleep

Very hard to get the keys of the property and no information was provided prior to arrival. Property management never replied to our messages/emails and there was also no response for the phone calls.

Total rip off …no entry .. not able to get in nor contact booking as it was euro time. Cannot hat any help from booking. Com to get a refund . Very stressful vaca with my grandson thanks to false advertising .

The room is reallt big and located at the first floor level. Complete with all the kitchen equipments.

There is no reception. It is difficult to reach the owner/operator of the place. Make sure to message them 2-3 days before your stay. We waited for 1 hour outside the apartment before somebody came out and told us that the owner lived across the street, the bldg. with Ferrari mural. Because the house is too old, every steps that you will make will make the floor generate squeaky sounds.

The location

We received no reply to our request for an early check in until after we arrived. We were 45 minutes early and the cleaning wasn’t finished until half an hour after the promised check in time. The toilet lid won’t stay up. There was nowhere to put dishes because the microwave was on the sink, there was a coffee machine but no filters so was useless. The balcony was dirty.
