This is was one of the worst places that we ever stayed. First off all - there were no instructions given by booking.com about the key collection. We were outside still 10 pm in the night trying to figure out how to get the key. We called host number which was not answered. Not sure where the hell they were. Our kids were terrified and were cold. This was very bad. If the check-in time was at 2 pm. Why do we have to stay outside till 10 pm Finally we knocked the below property and the lady helped us.. Then we entered the apartment and it was smelly like a fish tank. Someone before us has cooked and the smell remained. The cleaning wasn't done. The bed sheets were not washed. We could smell the sweat from the last travelers.  The floors were dirty.   Some window blinds were not there. The property opposite to us could see us when the lights were on. We paid money for the stay and the service of the property was below average. This kind of property shouldn't go on the market.  We request a 50% refund of our stay. If not we will do a bad review on this for you. Please clean the place, and provide proper towels, proper lighting to the downstairs  It's zero star.

Before coming here, I read many of the bad reviews. To inform people who are thinking about coming here, the place is just passable. The bedrooms and kitchen were big and seemed great at first, however, we were disappointed by the unchanged bedsheets and then being bitten by bed bugs. We felt the kitchen was well-fitted with amenities and was great for cooking some simple meals. The best part about the place was that you could see the top of Jungfrau from the balconies. During sunset, it was illuminated with an orange hue which was beautiful. I'd say if you book this place expecting it to be perfect - it's not. If you are just looking for a place to stay 1 for 2 nights for a family of 5 - it is decently priced, everything is just passable, superb location, some nice views. If you were planning to stay for longer, I'm not sure you'd be able to put up with the conditions of the place for that long!

Now, the big question is the bathroom - how bad is it? Well, overall it is neither good nor bad. The toilet seat was indeed loose but we found a way to tie it so that it stays in place and was therefore useable. The shower had leaky pipes so the power of the showerhead was poor. This is not a big problem, you can still use it and there is hot water. I will mention again about the unchanged bedsheets and beg bug problem. We know they were unchanged because 3 out of the 5 beds had hairs and crumbs on them! Unfortunately, one of us had to sleep on the dirty bed and got bitten. I slept on a "cleaner one" and got bitten too. Not sure how you can protect yourself from this problem, but probably just avoid this place if you can.
