Needs updating, wasn’t clean at all, floor in the bedroom was dirty, upon moving the pillows on the bed, the leather headboard was dirty, bathroom radiator filthy & dirty streaks on the inside bathroom door, safety lock on bedroom window hanging off.We did not use the kitchen so not sure about that. The First Aid kit, to my surprise only had a can of vodka in.

One of the beds had sesame seeds in the sheets. The wall had a brown substance stained up the radiator, either sick or Coca Cola. There was a sharp shard of glass near the front door that a member of the group almost stood on. The apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned or turned around.

The location was great, right in the Northern quarter and perfect if you want to explore that area and you’re not fussy about the facilities. The sofa beds were a good size and comfortable.Tea coffee and sugar was provided and there was plenty of toilet tissue.

It was not very clean and the surfaces and floor were sticky. No cleaning cloth or tea towel in the kitchen making it difficult to wash up. The towels are small so bring your own if you want a bath towel. The freezer box of the fridge was completely iced up and not useable. A useful addition would be to provide an iron. It was expensive for the size and quality. It’s in a noisy are so bring ear plugs.
