Lewis Apartment 3 Well located Northern Quarter sleeps Upto 8

Location was good. Easy to get checked in. Paid parking lot right across the street, though it's not cheap

Hot water was not functional. Contacted the host, they did not help. This is the reason you get a 1. Sofa beds are not very comfortable but that's normal. Washer/dryer machine has a door that doesn't open.

I liked the tea, coffee and sachets of milk, and the extra toilet rolls. They were a nice touch. The apartment was spacious and didn't feel cramped. Good location. Walking distance (approx 15-20 mins) to picadilly Gardens to catch tram straight to Co op Live arena for concert.

Cleanliness was an issue. Both beds had mascara all over the pillows and on the sheet. There were what looked like pubic hairs in the bath and what appeared to be dried blood up the wall behind the toilet in the bathroom. There was crumbs all over the sofa and clumps of dust/ hairs all over the floor throughout the apartment. Felt and smelt like the bedding and towels had been sprayed with febreeze rather than changed. The neighbours came in at 3am and started singing karaoke with the TV adjacent to our bedroom wall full volume. This went on until around 4.30am. (Obviously this was no fault of host).

Apartment was very worn, flooring needs replacing Windows were letting in cold wind and were not double glazed as you could hear all the noise outside. Beds were not very comfortable and checked under bed after dropping something on the floor there were half eaten food? Also there was no heating we were cold… especially when the wind was blowing through the windows And for some reason the toilet cistern was boiling hot, you flushed the chain and boiling water came into the loo and steaming …..definitely something not right Checked 1st aid box as I had cut myself- empty!!

What nice and comfortable had everything you need great value very good location can walk to centre in a few minutes

The only problem I had was to hot and couldn’t open windows because of location was noise but you do get noise in the centre

Great location right across from Band on the Wall, next to the Northern Quarter. Sleeps a lot and great value for Money if you just want a place to meet and a lot of sleeping arrangements

Lots of stairs ( we had a disabled person with us and she struggled) other than that .. it was perfect for our needs

Property could do with a clean, and bits upgraded

Felt dirty, stains on most of the furniture.

Heating was on full in the corridor with no way of turning down/ off which made property very warm .
