Lewis Apartment 3 Well located Northern Quarter sleeps Upto 8

This property was a complete and utter letdown. Left in an absolutely disgusting state with dirty dishes, glasses and cutlery, glitter on the floor, and a lovely unexpected roommate in the form of a MOUSE. We were woken up at 4am by this MOUSE scurrying by our feet in the sofa bed. This mouse must’ve been attracted by the disgusting state of the apartment. Additionally the tv remote was broken, hairdryer was obsolete, the windows open about 1 inch, resulting in us overheating which couldn’t be fixed by the tap water because it was warm. Due to this major disappointment of an abode, we contacted the owner, Lisa, who, when she finally answered, was devoid of any sympathy and told us we should have expected a vermin problem because we are near “food places”. We were then told to contact booking.com and wait on hold for some chance at a refund. For such a lovely location, this apartment tore all joy and fun away from our trip, we are now sleep deprived and down a considerable amount of money. I urge anyone to avoid this sad excuse for a ‘well located northern quarter apartment’ and host (and their family of rodents) as these rodents clearly run this apartment better than the host.

Smelled of stale smoke, VERY noisy until early hours

Great little apartment in the middle of the northern quarter. Everything was clean, checking processes was very straight forward and the price was fantastic. Really pleased!

Great location, lovely friendly staff, apartments themselves had everything you would need. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless and modern. Well equipped bathroom also.

Bit noisy but we didn’t mind at all.

Nicely located

The shower didn’t work properly, no water pressure and cold. The bed sheets smelled like they hadn’t been washed. Broken blinds so too bright. Mouse in the kitchen.

Price and location

Shower wasn’t great

2 big beds so definitely enough room. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was perfect. Lots of pubs and clubs in the area (it can be loud at night) and easy to get to from the airport.

It wasn't clean. Dust everywhere, couch looked actually dirty, good thing no one had to sleep there.
