Lewis Apartment 3 Well located Northern Quarter sleeps Upto 8

Location was great, equipped kitchen, comfortable couches and beds

The heating was stuck on and the whole apartment was boiling. We contacted management and were told it would be fixed only for it to be boiling again in the morning.

Good location. Easy to find. Good size. Near 24 hour car park on Church Street. Great value for money.

No negatives, really.

Comfortable and very conveniently located

Not much external insulation so noisy from outside till 1am or so. Would use again but definitely take earplugs

The location was good. It was on a busy street so the noise levels from the road were somewhat of a given but still quite loud.

The apartment had an awful smell of smoke from it. The bed sheets, and pillows were stained and were dirty and appeared like they hadn't been washed after the previous tenants.. There was hair on one of pillows also. It left us very uncomfortable and our skin feels quite itchy this morning. We didn't use the kitchen living facilities but the couch/sofa bed was very dirty and stained also. If we had any alternative we would not have slept here.

The location is good. Don't expect it to be quiet though, it's on a busy road in central Manchester...that said, I've stayed in hotels in the city that were much noisier than here. The beds were comfortable enough for the one night that we stayed.

It wasn't very clean...we weren't expecting the Ritz, and can certainly overlook some chipped paint and worn flooring and furniture, but basic cleanliness should be a given. Also, the host was very rude and unhelpful. We had a couple of what should have been minor, easily sorted issues with gaining entry - instead of a quick apology and asking me to collect a key from a nearby shop, the host chose to sigh and tut as if I was inconveniencing her, at one point informing me that there was nothing she could do as she was driving! It's not the kind of service I expect to receive as a paying customer.

The bedding hadn’t been changed it wasn’t fresh I have photos to prove it the rubbish bin hadn’t been emptied, the shower was very poor hardly any water coming out We had to wait 20 minutes in the rain for a passcode to get the key to get into the property

The apartment had a weird smell and was not as good as advertised in the photos. The towels were damp and left on the bed. The couch had what looked like cum stains. I couldn't sleep there, and had to leave.
