Great location

Paintwork needing an update, bathroom left a lot to be desired

Front door was odd as you had to open one door one way and other in to the front door so was very awkward to get in when carry bags.

Everything you needed was supplied quiet location. Bead was comfortable and sofa was also comfortable. Everywhere was clean

Difficult to open front door and the inside door not much room especially with bags. The stairs were very steep could be problematic if reduced mobility or balance issues. No welcome pack with basics milk bread would have been nice. This was not offered. No instructions for water heating as the only hot water was from the shower.

Flat was very clean and had all you need provided for a stay. Kitchen was lovely. Nice quirky Apartment with beams and nice features. Great value for money - would recommend booking. Great location, by the castle and easy stroll into town.

Should have been provided with the code to get the key from the lockbox outside prior to arrival, or at the very least, told to message/phone to get the code. To get into the main entrance a bit tight with luggage as there are two doors. There are stairs up to the apartment so bear in mind if you are less mobile.

No welcome mini hamper (tea/biscuits) which was a bit disappointing

Everything, the apartment is perfect, great location and exactly what I needed. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Its a tight squeeze to get through the front doors with luggage. But it's totally worth it for the apartment itself.

Good location for Castle, quiet and comfortable enough for a short stay. Good places to eat nearby for dinner.

Parking difficult and not available on street. Instructions need to be updated. No soap or washing machine liquid/powder provided. Entry to property with large suitcases is a real test! Need instructions for heating. VERY loud creaky floorboards.

Large and quite apartment, well-appointed, comfortable.
