It was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed.

The double door at the entrance is a bit tricky, especially with luggage, but maybe I just didn't get the hang of it well.

Best location, comfy bed, washing machine, sitting area and kitchen

Only that the television needed tuning.

The bath plug didn’t go down properly so the bath was unusable

Wonderful location, very comfortable bed, washing machine….. excellent value. Plenty of space and very quiet.

Television wasn’t working well but that will probably be sorted by the next visitor. I had brought books so didn’t really need it. Bring your own shampoo, there was plenty of hand washing soap etc, but no shampoo!

The location was brilliant.

The back street light was too bright.

Wonderful location among grade listed buildings, close to historic attractions like church hill, abbey ruins, castle, foot paths and several pubs. Quiet neighbourhood. Lovely views to inner garden above the roofs. Cosy and spacious interior with exposed timber frame. Comfy double bed and sofa. Fully equipped separate kitchen with full-size oven and fridge. Parking spaces are usually available nearby.

Entrance doors that are both open inside small chamber on the ground floor that is making entry with travel bag a real challenge.

Everything, the location, the property. The well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lush shower, bright and spacious living room/bedroom. No street lights, so the room was nice and dark at night. Communication was great. We are looking forward to staying again.

Please, this is not a negative comment, but the odd doorway to the property is 2 doors close together. Struggled to get through doors with luggage .
