Brilliant apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Brilliant communication from host and easy free parking!

Everything was great.

The apartment was clean and just right for our overnight stay for a family party. Brilliant location with a cafe downstairs,the breakfast is great. The bed was really comfy and plenty of towels etc.

Insufficient lock on door in a shared building, no forewarning of shared building No instruction booklets for anything including tv and sky with the remote s. Never did get it working No parking

The apartment was a good size & a great location for the old town.

The front & inner door were a bit of an obstacle and it would’ve been good to have two bed side tables.

Great location, easy free parking, great kitchen facilities, clean, good size, easy key collection, comfy bed, lovely tv, easy to use remotes, nice info pack, great pub and dining options nearby, and close to Kenilworth Castle

Not really a dislike but a suggestion. A coffee table to put drinks on when watching tv or sitting on the sofa would be an excellent addition to the apartment

The location.

The access and parking details were not sent prior to arrival. It was difficult to make contact with the mobile details given as there was no reply to two calls, two voicemails and one text so I was left uncertain about having any accommodation until 15 minutes before the check in time. There was no welcome pack so I could not find the duvet for the sofa bed and there was nowhere to put clothes as the wardrobe and drawer spaces were full of towels and spare linen. The shower was lukewarm. The facilities implied there was parking available but it was restricted to two hours without a residents parking permit.
