"Todo muy bien"

Todo muy bien con la ubicación, el restaurante, el acceso a la playa las hadas es una buena promoción

La red wifi se pierde en uno de los cuartos, se podría conectar un extensor de red o colocar el modem en una mejor ubicación, también, la cama más grande estaría mejor ubicada en el cuarto cerrado, en lugar de frente a la cocina

La ubicación excelente y la vista que tiene a la bahía, Además el alojamiento muy cómodo y con todo los necesario para un estancia agradable.

"Poor preparation and delayed check-in"

The location is nice, and the host did communicate and attempt to resolve the issues after check-in.

Check-in was significantly delayed and the apartment was not ready upon arrival. We were traveling with a 4-year-old child and had to wait until the evening to enter. Upon entering, several basic items were missing or not in proper condition: the toilet seat was broken, there was no toilet paper or shampoo, and the remote controls had no batteries. The apartment did not feel properly prepared for new guests. Although some issues were addressed the following day, the initial lack of preparation and the first impression negatively affected our 2-night stay.

they view was beautiful! The wifi worked well. The balcony was also very nice!

There was years worth of mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower. The staff never replaced anything. we never got fresh towels, our trash taken out, or new soap or toilet paper. There weren’t even batteries in the television remote. The bed had crumbs before we even laid in them. The staff working the restaurant did not make us feel welcomed, they looked miserable to be there and the service was awful. It took 30 minutes to get our food and the food wasn’t even very good. I’m very disappointed in the experience especially because of the price.

Muy buen trato en la recepción Comadas las camas Vista hermosa desde la terraza a la playa y a la alberca Todo muy bien sin duda muy buen lugar en general

Solo por poner algo poner pilas nuevas al control de A/C
