The hotel looks very nice. We had a really nice view on the beach from our balcony Our appartement was well located: close to the pool and the beach

The person who checked us in was not welcoming at all! So it was very disappointing We were left alone looking for our room carrying our luggage in the hotel’s “hills” When we finally find the apartment, it wasn’t really clean. The room had mold on the walls. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. There is no way to reach the lobby from the apartment. The apartment could be really nice if it was taken care of .

The location of the room was excellent. Though it took several trials to reach the destination as it was not exactly clear where to go. We drove.

We arrived after 3 pm The room was dirty, beds were unmade, wet clothing hanging on chairs on the patio, garbage overflowing. Basically the other people staying here had just left. The porter started making calls. We asked him if we could be compensated in the restaurant. We got one beer each. To communicate with the desk was not good as only one person spoke English and he left his shift to go home. My Spanish is minimum. There’s no phone in the room to the front desk. The electrical sockets were a mess. Very dangerous. Hanging out from the wall with dirt on the floor in more than one place. Someone finally came to repair one after numerous attempts to reach someone. We didn’t use the ceiling fan because it looked like it might fall down . I had sent a few messages to the property asking some basic questions. No one replied. I finally had to call Booking.com I am glad I did, because we learned we had to bring our own water and beach towels and basic amenities- dish soap, hand soap,toilet paper,shampoo and tea, coffee etc. Overall, the location was really good. Loved the patio. The pool was good and so was the restaurant. As we had only 3 nights, we made the best of it. The place needs a complete renovation and more precise information should be available for guests to know what is available. I would have gladly paid more for a clean updated suite.

The property was not part of Hadas like they advertised. The bathroom had mold which they painted over the outside patio umbrella was torn. We left after the first night.

it’s very relaxing

Restaurant staff and food were lovely. Room was very comfortable and the location is superb. Facilities were very inviting.

We couldn't get into our room until 4:00 pm. As we had booked an apartment with fridge and kitchenette, we had fresh foods with us (ex meat) that has to sit in the hot day while we waited to get into our room. That definitely needs to be improved. A few minutes delay wouldn't have mattered but an hour or more is definitely too much.

The proximity to the beach and the size of the apartment

The fabrics were a little grubby and fittings in need of some attention.

Bathroom not clean enough. Kitchen pots/pans old and scraped.
