Playasol Las Hadas Beach

Was great but needs more staff.We have to wait so long

The first room #1411 excellent but the next day we get direct from reception another room #102 was to old needs renovations

The location was great, and the view was just beautiful. We spent our time in the pool and ate at the restaurant by the beach which has good prices and had a great view and staff.

The only things that I did not like were the fact that the shower drain did not work properly and the large number of steps (which would not have been a problem but my mother was traveling with us and it was hard on her knees). There was a cart that the facility offers, but it's very inconvenient to get. Don't get me wrong. I loved our stay there and would do so again.

It was super easy to collect the keys and have access to the Villa, the Reception Desk did an awesome Job.

On the first Villa, the Next door neighbors were a little loud the first two Nights. They stayed up chatting, it appears that the wall was too thin, after they switched us to a new Villa we didn't have any sleepless nights.

The view to the ocean was awesome.

The facility is beautiful and close to the beach . The restaurant and the amenities were great

There are a lot of stairs and made it difficult for my elder mother. It was very complicated to find on the day of arrival as it had many different addresses
