Great service, clean, good value, peaceful and lovely decor.

The driveway is a bit of a challenge with a small car or walking. If you’re elderly or unfit you cannot walk it. Would love beach towels to be provided.

Enjoyed our stay in the Kiwi Suite. Kitchen was well equipt as we did a lot of our own cooking and the house was clean. Close the Palms Beach which we visitored everyday during our stay.

The interior design is really nice and you will simply get great value for money. The kitchen is well equipped aswell and there is a balcony to invite a few friends! Really cool place with no downside

The area were good, the view great, the location in relation to the amenities and surrounding restaurants, vineyards was perfect, very quiet en tranquil.

For a start the booking was not what I booked and paid for. On arrival we we placed in the smallest and cheapest unit on the property. I contacted the facility manager and expressed my dissatisfaction with the accommodation. We booked a large unit with a separate bedroom and kitchen/lounge and paid the higher price. The explanation was that booking.com did not notify them about it and that someone else booked the larger unit. We were offered another larger unit with slightly better options such as a hob, which did not work, and at least a proper fridge. Just hate cooking where we sleep. The whole place smells like cooked food. Thus we never made anything to eat and took everything we brought back home and just went out to eat in local restaurants. Later I found that the toilet was leaking on the base and initially thought it was water from the shower. Was in fact a leaking toilet and reported it to the facility manager who came around and later sent a message that the hob was fixed and that a plumber would come and repair the leaking toilet on Monday. A weekend that was supposed to be special for me and my partner was in fact not special. The annoying part is why do one book a specific unit and then have to settle for second best. So, in short I feel fleeced.

The setting was absolutely incredible and the little “pod” accommodation was truly wonderful.

Had to contact the letting agent re missing glassware and bedside table lamps, but they were very responsive and promptly made a plan. Some shampoo and conditioner, as well as a small coffee machine would be welcome additional touches.
