Hidden Valley Waiheke

This was a great place to stay and had everything we needed! The property was lovely, modern, and comfortable for the 3 nights we were there. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Palm Beach and with some lovely walks nearby. While the driveway is steep we didn’t have any issues in our 4WD and a taxi was even able to come down to pick up us

Great set up, space used well, clean, comfy and cosy, within restful location.

Driveway steepness (very well informed about driveway before booking accommodation, so no nasty surprise). Disappointed no wine glasses (we were there on NYE), or coffee plunger.

Drive way is quite something. Shower floor is slippery. BBQ would be a nice addition, but I understand the hassles with them.

Very well designed and thought out accommodation, a lot packed into a small space but felt uncluttered. I loved watching and listening to all the bird life in the valley. Very quiet and peaceful.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

privacy, nice outlook, comfortable bed and good shower, location close to beach and shops. Nice modern decor.

Very steep driveway. The unit needs more bracing of the piles as it tends to sway whilst walking around.

Once you got down the drive this place was excellent. Exceeded our expectations - better than the pictures. So much so we spend a lot more time at the unit relaxing in the late afternoon and evening. Pretty central to everything we needed. A car is a good idea.
