Hidden Valley Waiheke

Stayed 13-14th April with family. Very quiet location and out of the way, which was perfect. The "pod" was great, spacious and had a beautiful view of the area and stars (slept with the curtains open). Host was very helpful. Would definitely stay for longer than one night.

The accommodation is great very modern and clean.

I realise it does say that the driveway is steep, but I am very fit but even I had a worry about negotiating the driveway in the dark after a couple of vino's. It would be nice to have a handrail and maybe a couple of solar lights.

Location, nice, comfortable, and modern style

The bathroom, the deck and the bi-folding doors. Bed was also really comfortable.

The ramp to pod 2 would shake as we’re walking in and doesn’t feel as secure. Walking inside the pod you can feel the whole unit wobble lightly if someone is walking around the room so can catch you off guard.

The view and privacy. Thank you for allowing us to use your Netflix and paramount apps. We’ve been on the road for a month and just needed to veg out.

Minor complaint is no garbage bags for the trash. Very steep driveway but the location was great.

The house was very clean.

There was a microwave listed in the room which wasn't there. Was a bit inconvenient but the host was very nice to help my parents with the stove. Did have mosquitoes in the house.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice shower, bird life in the valley. Clean inside (although windows and terrace glass would benefit of cleaning). Overall, nice stay, would visit again.

The driveway is super steep - on the other hand gives you are a nice morning exercise. The outside chairs need to be replaced. Aircon would add value to the place.
