When checking in it toom over 45 minutes. Overheard the couple in front of me in line that When they went to their room after check in the room was dirty and not cleaned. Then when we checked in we was not given any room keys. When they was notified that I would be heading back to primary children's hospital and my husband and sister and brother in law would be staying they refused my sister a room key even the following morning. They wasn't able to even leave the room because of this and not being able to fully close the room door. We were very disappointed in this stay.

location in relation to proximity to skiing

There was a lack of usable drawer space in the room. The studio was roomy for two people. However, we were unable to unpack our luggage as there was no free drawer space to use.

Easy + friendly check-in, cozy room, friendly staff, proximity to the buses was great, picturesque mountain views 🏔️ (also the lobby smells amazing?)

Shower pipes were loud during use + bathroom has a window so if you turn the lights on in there, it wakes everyone up 😅 but wasn’t a huge issue!

The location and facility was convenient and beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction going on, so it made going outside very loud and unpleasant. Having a full kitchen was nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the condo felt very cramped and dark with too much furniture in a small space. The laundry door was off it's hinge and the luggage rack was broken. Overall needed some general maintenance.

No house keeping unless you pay extra; not really advertised. Smoke detector failed and the solution was to remove and leave us with no working detector in the room; just felt wrong. Plumbing issues with dated fixtures. I will say the location is excellent but don’t expect much else.
