Llys yr Wylan

We stayed at this property 3 years ago and really liked it. Spacious flat in good location and generally high standard of decoration and equipment.

It is still a great space but not as well looked after as it could be. The walls, chairs and sofa were stained; some of the crockery was chipped and mismatched; there was a lack of useful sized saucepans; and there were dozens of ants coming into the apartment from the rotting wooden frame of the garden door. We swept them out every day but they returned. We informed a member of staff about the ants when we left but there wasn’t much interest. Disappointing because it’s a great apartment but needs some attention and care. Unlikely to stay again given the cost.

The accommodation was really spacious and very convenient to the coast.

Location was good, an easy walk to town, beach & old castle ruins.

Tried to move us to another property with no car parking or laundry facilities. We booked unit 1 Llys yr Wylan, but were told it was unavailable and placed in unit 2. No veranda or sea views from property at all, eventually figured out how to turn on heating!

The original accommodation was not available and an acceptable substitute was made.

there was no breakfast provided.

Beautiful apartment

The property described the hot tub but this was filthy and in the back of property behind locked area , full of leave and water on the lid !!

Absolutely nothing

Dirty - could not check for 2 hours after the time told. And was subject to listening to a very heated and loud argument between staff at the reception Few towels and cutlery and very cold as no heating at night so slept in clothes . Very noisy and light at night . Shower tray had hairs .
