An absolutely lovely quaint place to stay for a few days. Great location, good facilities and Sarah was a fabulous hostess.

"Beautiful, comfortable and very well thought out stay."

It was a lovely setting. Quiet and met all our needs. It was exactly as advertised. Breakfast was arranged. Everything including towels and toiletries were provided. Small kitchenette was ideal. The little touches like fresh bread, butter and jam/marmalade and milk was available and personalised card and bottle of wine lovely too.

Parking was a short walk from property and road side where parked was quite busy.

Beautiful self contained annex everything you need, very comfortable loved the outside area. Lovely touches with the breakfast and was left some games for my and my girls to play, great communication couldn’t fault it

Unfortunately there was work going on in the property next door so was loud and slightly disruptive

A lovely garden, good quality breakfast things provided, safe on street parking and friendly owners. Everything we needed was provided. All very tasteful, a delightful stay.

"Really comfortable and relaxed space - close to the beach and high street, and quiet too."

"Welcoming, comfortable sunny stay in Whitstable"

Nice touches by the owners. Breakfast catered for our dietary requirements. Nice courtyard garden. Great shower. Easy to walk to town via the footpaths about 20 minute walk.

No headboard on the bed meant we kept loosing the pillows. A better bin, maybe with two segments for general rubbish and recycling. To many plants in outside kitchen area not a lot of room. Storage for own stuff.

Lovely and peaceful location with the train station. town & beach all within easy walking distance, Ideal stay for a couple and a dog. Bonus that it had a small outside space to sit out in. Lovely touch that the host provided simple breakfast items so we didn't have to rush out in the mornings to get something to eat, We would definitely stay here again as it felt very homely.
