Lovely place to stay. A comfortable bed, very clean, gorgeous little outside space, breakfast items provided, bottle of wine on arrival. Very clear instructions for access. Peaceful and quiet location. Whitstable is lovely.

Location. Originality of flat.

For the price, this is an excellent option. A pleasant 5/10 minute walk from the beach and shops. Very quiet annex (sole use of entrance) with pleasant outside space.

For the money, there is nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was good, with everything we needed.

I liked everything about the property. It was clean, comfortable, bright, a peaceful location.

It wasn’t that close to the beach! As a single traveller, I thought I could have had some discount.

Fantastic location, great peaceful spot, superb access to Whitstable and the beach, lovely outdoor space for star gazing, saw a hedgehog at night, super comfortable bed, the dog loved being able to go outside in private closed off space. Sink outside, microwave, everything you need for a short getaway. Tea, coffee, bread, jams, wine, milk and fresh orange juice, lovely touch, super hosts, super stay.

Very small without the outside space.

The host was very friendly. Breakfast was provided; even freshly squeezed orange juice. I was there with my grandson she even got him a net to go crabbing in the harbour. I will definitely be staying there again. Clear, concise housekeeping rules. There's nothing to complain about. Thank you.

Comfortable, private, modern and cosy with some outdoor space which is ideal for the warm weather. Located in a quiet residential area and close to the beach, with the town and harbour not too far away. Will definitely stay again.
