Main square 5 star luxury apartment with view

- Excellent location - Quite spacious - Very comfortable bed - Cool temperature inside despite really hot weather - Possibility to do the laundry

Overall, the appartment was fine but far from a 'luxury' it's advertised as. Some examples: - The host was very unresponsive - I tried various means of communication, and they either responded with a large delay, or not at all - this made planning difficult. - There was no hair dryer in the appartment although it's in the description. I came to Cluj for a wedding so I had to buy my own to arrange my hair for the event (and the hosts didn't respond at all when I contacted them about it). - The window in one of the bedrooms doesn't open at all although there is no a/c in that room. While the temperature was ok, there was no way to let fresh air in - The soap dispenser in the bathroom was almost empty. - The bedroom is quite noisy. It's to be expected since it's in a busy area but if someone is a light sleeper, they should bring ear plugs because you can hear cars passing into late hours - Laundry rack was broken

This place is advertised as luxurious, 5 star apartment. It’s far from it. The building is super old - which ok, nothing can be done for that - but the interior as well is old. The kitchen is from another century, the dishwasher is not working, there was mold in the bathroom, the floor was dusty, the view was meh, as there are tall trees blocking any view. The elevator ride was an experience of its own. There was no working Internet connection even though name and password were provided. For the price we paid, this was a big miss.
