location was great, facilities on site were good, chalet was clean & comfortable, nicely decorated.

Bedroom with double bed was a little small .

Chalet was dirty, the kitchen looks like it hasn't been cleaned before we arrived. To be able to make a breakfast we have to clean all the pans, knives, forks, mugs etc- unacceptable. As we also find out in the morning that not only do you have to switch the fridge on at the socket but to make fridge work you also need to switch it on the wall switch by the window ( nothing in description from the owners). We accept that for the cooker but not obvious for the fridge. We have to throw away food we brought with us for our dinner. Single bed have mould underneath the mattress- again unacceptable in rented holiday accommodation. Double bed mattress so old that each time you move springs make noise, you can be sure that each spring will be imprinted on your body- mattress topper owners have mentioned- very thin piece of material which makes no difference. £120 per nigh for chalet which you need to clean yourself and bring your own bedding- a b&b will offer breakfast and a clean room. First time ever on holiday we have to clean the place to sleep, eat plus throw our own food away. We meant to stay 2 nights but we went back home after 1 night. Will not recommend.

To small for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Beds in single room were suitable for children not adults very uncomfortable. Double bed woke everyone up as soon as someone moved. The bath was old and no anti slip in bath so slippery. Outside the table and seating was filthy with green moss on it . Not enough soft seating in the lounge for 4 adults to sit in comfort. The pictures on booking .com are not updated .

Perfect bolt hole to visit family who were staying on the site

The chalet was clean and fully equipped with everything you can ask for. You have parking spaces just outside, the location is great. Very welcoming.

The water pressure is not strong, but that's not up to the owner, really, and we've been advised that can be the case. It can do with more comfortable mattresses.
