Holualoa Gardens 101

I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. It made it easy to prepare our own meals.

It felt like coming home, kitchen was very well equipped, even had ketchup, mustard, barbecue, mapple syrup, cooking oil, as we travel we always have to buy and throw them away as we hop from island to island so we were super happy about it, there was a washing machine, dryer, detergent. Simply awesome, we saw snorkeling gear too but we didn't use it. The dedicated onsite parking was awesome too. My rating was 9 out of 10.

It's not really optimal for 4 people if it's not a family. Because the sofa bed and the two terrace beds provide no privacy as they are only separated by a glass door and if that door is closed then there is no AC on the terrace. But if you are a family then it is the perfect place for you. The pillow of the double bed in the bedroom was way too hard for me I could sleep well on it but it's individual preference. Overall we were very happy with the place!!!

Byli jsme naprosto se vším spokojeni! Nádherný prostorný a čistý byt kousek od pláže, plně vybavená kuchyně, pračka se sušičkou a veškeré vybavení na pláž včetně křesílek. Parkování přímo před domem, jednoduchý self check-in.Naprosto super!

The apartment was comfortable and generously provisioned, with a poolside bbq and two comfortable single beds on the lanai in addition to a queen-sized bed. Snorkel gear and beach toys were available. One of the better accommodation options at an affordable price. I’d be happy to stay again!

No problems. The building is on a main beachside street. Instructions suggest it is hard to find but we didn’t find it so. Parking is available as is an easy code to open and lock up without host or keys. Well done!

The apartment overall was wonderful. It really had many supplies, you just need to bring your personal items and clothing and you’re all set! Even with the ac it was still pretty warm with no real way to control the temperature. The hosts were super responsive as well! Mahalo

The parking space was very inconvenient. The bathroom definitely needs a new toilet seat.

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. On s’y sent bien. C’est spacieux propre calme et bien équipé. Un peu loin du centre de Kona mais cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous. Je recommande

The kitchen was great - it had everything we needed, including good coffee! The pool was lovely, and we enjoyed using the BBQ grill a couple of nights. There were little touches, such as charging points by each bed for charging your phone at night, which added to the comfort.
