Dans le descriptif, il est indiqué qu'il y a un balcon. En réalité, c'est un balcon fermé dans lequel sont disposés les 2 lits simples. Il n'y a pas de balcon extérieur.

The property had good amenities like beach gear, spices, and well stocked kitchen.

Smelled and found urine on the sheets and mattress. When contacting the property they changed the mattress out and sheets, but when asked to refund me for the first night stay due to the unsanitary conditions they became rude and claimed “ society always wants to be compensated when things aren’t perfect.” I asked why they didn’t notice when there were clearly stains on the sheets and they claim there are lots of stains that aren’t urine. I don’t want to stay anywhere where they leave stains on bedding. Very puzzled and confused if I was the owner I would gladly refund. That is a major health concern and definitely falls out of the realm of perfect. The worst experience I have ever had and I’ve stayed at Airbnbs and various hotels. I don’t wish anyone to rent a room with urine stained mattress and have to be subjected to those conditions. I checked early ( as soon as I was able to) Another issues to note- neighbors across from the unit leaves trash and piles of shoes outside the door. A junker car- more likely inoperable in the parking lot makes a great appearance.

Very easy to get in and lock up. the place had some amenities for the beach we used. The beds were comfortable even the twins had real mattresses! Kitchen had everything. The dryer didn't work and the host got a new one while we stayed!

The bathroom could use a fan and the housekeeper should have let the host know the dryer didn't work so they could have it ready for new guests.

Good location with parking spot allocated. Nice spacious accommodation. It had everything you need and more with snorkels, the toiletries and kitchen equipment The pool area was nice, and no one was ever in it so was all ours. It was also a great base to have while exploring the island.

Great place to stay to explore kona and up and down the coast.Spacious apartment with fairly well stocked kitchen and washer/ dryer, 2 sets of snorkel gear, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a small cooler pack, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry soap were all thoughtful additions. Everything was clean with only a few tiny ants noted in bathroom (hard to avoid those in hawaii) Apartment was very easy to access with door code and parking spot designated for our use.

Lights seemed pretty dim in the apartment, so needed to open blinds to let in the sunshine... but I couldn't figure out how to do that on the enclosed balcony. ? Not sure if blinds there work. The hallway leading to the apartment was dark and hard to see to put in the code without using my phone flashlight. The hallway is narrow and sometimes harder to navigate with neighbors' shoes and recycle trash on their side of it. We didn't use the pool, but it looked pretty small/ basic. It did have a BBQ grill by the pool that could have been fun to use. No hot tub.

Well equipped. Needed nothing. Good communication. Very comfortable.
