Beds were comfortable, the electric heater worked superbly, the general location of the hotel was excellent. We only interacted with the reception staff whom we found extremely helpful.

The parking was a bit of a nightmare although understandable due to the city centre location. The receptionist however was very helpful however in resolving the issue.

Location was good.

The room was located at back of the building, feels like live in the basement. And the room is not, noise from the neighbors and upstairs, and also just realized at next morning that there is no room service at all. This is my fault didn't look at their conditions clearly.

The bathroom was clean.

Cost of the the tiny room was highly overpriced for facilities provided. An absolute ripoff. Room for two people was size of a box and only had one chair for sitting on inside and no table. No kitchen or kitchenette - it had fridge and tea/coffee nook only. Dangerous position of tv in front of fridge and tea/coffee nook - we constantly knocked our heads on tv when using tea/coffee nook. Had dirty cutlery and crockery. We had to wash crockery before use. Dirty cutlery was replaced by property manager - thank you.

Jammer dat de auto’s voor de deur geparkeerd moeten worden. Dit belemmert het prachtige uitzicht. De eenpersoonsbedden zijn kort en kraken. Erg gehorig, begreep al snel de reden van het bakje met oordoppen dat er stond. Maak een bordje op straat met bewegwijzering naar de accomodatie.

Close to town, mattress was comfy and has a view of the lake from the room. Bathroom is top notch.

Parking spots need to be marked out more clearly, when I arrived someone parked in a way that blocked some else in and made it very difficult to park. Bed frame creek loudly from the smallest movement. Easy fix by drilling in some extra bracing.

View of the lake. Clean. AC was great. Hosts were super responsive and even reached out yo tell us which restaurants are open during Christmas

Entrance door rattled in the wind at night waking us up multiple times (had earplugs). Would've been nice to had a microwave (not a big deal). Price doesn't match the offering, but that was the only thing available at that range when booked
