Suite Love

The apartment is right in the epicenter of everything. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and more. Host is responsive and friendly. Amenities were exactly as pictured. Was clean and towels and sheets were new. Kitchen was well equipped.

The oven didn’t work too well, the AC was loud and the fan in the bedroom worked only some times. We also had a small issue with the smoke detector battery, but the host resolved it.

Everything was wonderful. The location of the apartment, the facilities. We enjoyed our stay there 100%. Luis was the kindest host we have ever interacted with. He assisted us in more than one occasion... answered to our messages immediately We loved our stay there.

Not much to like really. It's an old building, slow elevator, bad water pressure. I would not recommend staying here to my worst enemy.

This owner charged me an additional $50 for 'cleaning' but never provided details to me what I was supposed to do other than taking out the garbage which I did. He also charged me $150 for a chipped tub that was chipped when we arrived. Renters beware! The oven will not turn off if used. The only elevator in the building was last inspected 3 years ago. Very sketchy apartment. We had to walk 8 blocks to park our rental car, it would have been nice to know about available parking. This place was very old and a joke. The owner is clearly trying to upgrade his apartment at the expense of future renters.

I highly reccomend this apartment. It is just a 3 min walk from the promenade and the beach! The kitchen corner is very well equipped and was super convenient as we travelled with the kids. Everything was very clean. The heart of Miami Beach like Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road are a 25-30 min walk from the apartment (you can walk along the beautiful promenade or can also use a free trolley that has a stop just next to the apartment).The communication with the owner was great. Luis is a great host, he even left some beach toys for the kids.

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and is unbelievably close to the beach. Also food options and a supermarket (Triton) is close by (which surprisingly did not accept credit cards, bring your debit card). The bus stop to south beach is around the corner and another one to the airport and north beach right in front of the house. Communication with the host was fast and friendly and we were allowed to check-out a bit later, which was really helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and would come back any time.

Street noise was not too bad overall (most times rather quiet), but if there was, you could hear it as if the window was open although it was not.
