Suite Love

Nice location, easy walk into South Beach along the promenade. Great comms with the host who was very helpful. We were able to check out later than planned and Luis left us some wine and soda when we arrived. Pleasant, comfortable apartment, great wifi.

Aircon in the living space was quite noisy whether using the area during the day or at night.

The owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is well situated in Middle Beach

Very noisy AC at a time of high temperature and humidity. We found sleep difficult The apartment has no view and feels claustrophobic, not least because of renovation of a building a few yards away.

Was in a good area, close to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. The flat was decorated well with a comfortable bed.

The air conditioning was noisy. The view from the windows was of buildings. The kitchen area was very small with nowhere to put washing up even. There were few places to dine nearby.

This place is perfect. The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Also the free trolley right at the front door. The amenities made it feel like home. Excellent property.

Nothing to fault

Everything was there. Plenty towels, beach towels, chairs for beach. The property apartment was new and renovated. There us elevators for convenience. Luis the property manager was excellent communicator and host in touch with us thru visit to ensure everything was great. Property across street from beach and free local trolley. (Heading towards south beach trolly pickup was block away on 29th street-towards south beach/Lincoln street area). I left pamphlet in apartment for reference.

Everything was wonderful. Great location (short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants), clean and spacious apartment. Luis very kind and helpful!
