La limpieza, la ubicación y la oferta de elementos para hacer una estadía amable en Miami Beach. Pero sobre todo, destacó la la calidez en el trato del anfitrión. Su empatía, disposición y humanidad establecieron confianza y comodidad para mi familia. Dispuesto a solucionarnos los inconvenientes de inmediato:

Non fatevi ingannare da fuori dall’esterno l’edificio sembra vecchio, ma quando entrate nell’appartamento cambia tutto un altro mondo

El departamento es hermoso, bien ubicado a una cuadra de la playa, con sombrilla, reposeras, todo para disfrutar!

No tener balcón y dificultad de estacionar pero conseguimos cochera en la calle 23 a unas cuadras que funcionaba.

Deniz/okyanus tatili için konumu çok iyi, evde plajda lazım olabilecek herşey mevcut (plaj sandalyesi ve şemsiyeler, çocuklar için oyuncaklar), Bolca kahve mevcut ve mutfakta lazım olabilecek herşey var. Alışveriş için market çok yakında. Evin önünden ve arkasından geçen free trolley ile ulaşım çok kolay. Arkadan geçen trolley ile lincoln road 10 dakika. Eve giriş/çıkışlar kodlar sayesinde çok kolay. Luis her an yardımcı oluyor. Tekrar geldiğimde burada kalmak isterim.

Daha önce de belirtilmiş klimalar sesli çalışıyor, sanırım dış ünitenin dışarda olması yasak burada, o yüzden.

Lindo apartamento con comodidades y muy buena ubicación. Destaco el haber encontrado todo lo necesario para estadías prolongadas. Cada detalle y necesidad que pueda surgir esta cubierta . El ingreso estuvo siempre bien guiado desde dias anteriores a la llegada. Excelente comunicación. El edifico, como muchos de la zona, tiene sus años, pero al ingresar al apartamento la primer impresión cambia por la bella decoración y aroma. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

Podría mejorar el ruido que hace la cama

We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this apartment and were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, well-prepared, and equipped with everything guests might need. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. The bathroom was tidy and stocked with basic toiletries, and the towels were fresh and clean, with extra towels available in the wardrobe. A great bonus was the availability of beach loungers, chairs, and a parasol. The apartment’s location is excellent – very close to the beach and also near a grocery store. Directly opposite is a public transport stop, with buses to the airport and free trolleys, making it easy to get around the area. Additionally, the wonderful communication with the host made our stay even more enjoyable – we were welcomed with gifts in the fridge, which was a thoughtful and exceptional gesture. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place for a holiday.
