Un piccolo gioiellino curatissimo in ogni piccolo dettaglio e dotato di tutto! E per tutto intendiamo ferro e asse da stiro, ombrellone sdraio e giochi per la spiaggia, accessori cucina addirittura la moka e il caffè per noi italiani!!! Prodotti per il bagno e bottiglia di ottimo vino come benvenuto.

Громко работают кондиционеры. Какие-то старые модели. Тараканы забегают в квартиру. Я не видела, но подруга видела.

The apartment is located very close to the ocean and a beautiful beach, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed and even more. We received a lovely gift from the host. By the way, the host, Luis, is very attentive and friendly. He responded quickly to all our questions and gave great recommendations on where to eat and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and even toys for kids in the apartment. We would love to come back again!

The location is just a few steps from the beach. Bus stop and supermarket just around the corner. Small kitchen but well equipped and everything in the appartement as expected. I think, it is good value for money compared to other places. Communication with Luis was outstanding.

The appartement is much smaller than expected. Description states 65 m2, but it is just above 40 m2. Windows are not closing properly and so the street noise is really loud. Collins Ave is used as race track during nights. Kitchen and bathroom really tiny and air conditon very loud.

This stay was much better than any other stays I previously had in Miami Beach hotels even at a higher price points. Comfortable apartment, cosy, with great day light, has everything you will need for the stay, great Location, across the street from the beach, quick and friendly responses from the host Luis, simple and safe access to the building and apartment, elevator in the building is a plus, nice cafes and food close by. Will come back next year!

Very comfortable and well located apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
