We appreciated that location, the natural light and the layout of the apartment. The beds and bedding were nice and the water pressure and temperature were quite good.

The kitchen was not as clean as it should have been and the cookware has scratched and peeling nonstick coating, which makes them unsafe to use. There is no teapot in the kitchen.(One of the main reasons to rent a self-catering unit is to cook for oneself, so if one can't, it's a disappointment to say the least.) The home itself needs some TLC, including missing or damaged hardware on cabinets and doors, dust balls and spots of mess on the walls and stained carpets. ( Apparently, prior renters have not been respectful guests ...) The potholes in the sidewalk and gravel road in front had flooded in the rain, which made it difficult to get to the front door with luggage without a car, which we were without.

Not well maintained or clean. Host didn’t respond to issue correspondence. Basic hospitality items missing. Bathroom drainage smelt.

The location of this apartment is fantastic!

A few things were broken or didn't function. ie: bedroom TV, ensuite shower, plug in sink didn't work etc..

location is excellent - close to train station and M3 motorway

The microwave was non functioning just as it was six months ago. The lower bedroom smelt of sewers on arrival and was unusable for the first night.

Drainage smell I lower bathroom was awful and next to bedroom Ants in bedroom and bathroom on ground floor making use of facilities difficult Email sent regarding these issues but no response from anyone! Either booking.com or the owners

There was an awful smell from the second bedroom. It was a smell of damp and sewage and the room was unbearable to use or sleep in because fo the smell. I did email the owner via booking.com but have not receive any answers.

Terrific, uplifting, interesting, modern apartment. Convenient location for town and for park. Quiet location.

Hob, heating, and microwave - all needed simple, idiot-proof instructions to be provided . Probably no problem at all for young people though.

The shower in our room wasn't working properly, however it had two heads so we were able to use the smaller head

Good location. Facilities poor. Microwave broken couldn’t use it. One of the induction rings didn’t work on the hob. TV in lower floor bedroom didn’t work. Main TV atmospherics were bad so difficulty watching it. The en-suite in the ground level bedroom flooded when shower was used and the bedroom was cold. Kitchen poorly kitted out, cereal bowls were chipped.
