Unfortunately, this apartment was a disappointment. Although the street itself isn’t particularly busy, it still gets quite loud at night—especially since you need to keep the window open, otherwise the room becomes uncomfortably stuffy. The bedroom also had a noticeable moldy smell, which made it unpleasant to sleep. On top of that, the mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment looks much nicer in the photos than it does in reality. Considering the price, it was definitely not worth it.

Удобный бесконтактный заезд и выезд, понятные инструкции, персонал несколько раз писал, уточняя нужно ли что-то или добрались ли мы. Вилла достаточно просторная, ухоженная. Удобные кровати, чистое белье. Прекрасный вид из окна, вилла расположена на берегу. Достоинством был гараж, где мы могли оставлять машину. Есть принадлежности для ванной, посуда, кофемашина, чайник, тостер, микроволновка. Спасибо.

Нам иногда нехватало занавесок, хотя вилла и выше дороги. Было бы отлично иметь какие-то губки, или тряпочки для того чтобы мыть посуду, или вытирать со стола. Простые специи как соль и сахар, было бы супер. Проблема с розетками, у нас в комнате не было розеток, и только несколько на кухне. Это не критично, это рекомендации к более комфортному отдыху) В целом все было супер.

The apartment is located in a nice and quiet small city, very close to the ferry for taking the boat to visit the nice spots from lake Como. I received messages with all info for getting the keys, entering the garage and all needed so that the stay would be as nice and smooth as possible. The communication was fast. We received a bag with pasta - thanks. The rooms were clean, we had clean towels, shampoo and shower gel. We wanted more heat in the rooms and it was solved quicky. we hope to return soon.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento a Carate Urio per 3 notti con la nostra famiglia, e l’esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. La vista è qualcosa di spettacolare, difficile da descrivere a parole. L’appartamento è curato, accogliente e dotato davvero di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa, se non meglio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche il garage privato, comodissimo, e la posizione: tranquilla, rilassante, ma allo stesso tempo con ottimi locali nei dintorni. Un ringraziamento speciale anche per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dimostrata: il check-in anticipato è stato davvero molto apprezzato e ha reso il nostro arrivo ancora più piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene, felici e rilassati… ed è uno di quei posti dove torneremmo (e torneremo) senza pensarci due volte. Se proprio vogliamo trovare qualche piccolo spunto per migliorare ulteriormente un’esperienza già eccellente: il telecomando della TV (non quello di amazon) potrebbe essere sostituito perché non sempre risponde bene, la poltrona in soggiorno era davvero impossibile da utilizzare e, considerando che l’appartamento è perfetto per 4 persone, sarebbe fantastico avere magari un paio di poltrone comode difronte lo splendido divano per godersi ancora meglio i momenti di relax tutti insieme (anche perché il divano è davvero comodissimo!). Inoltre, uno specchio a figura intera sarebbe un’ottima aggiunta (se magari si va in qualche locale importante sarebbe bello specchiarsi per intero), e una piccola risanata al muro della camera interna renderebbe tutto ancora più impeccabile. Dettagli davvero minimi, in un soggiorno che è stato già perfetto così ma che speriamo di trovare quando ritorneremo, sarebbe davvero un sogno, sarebbe davvero l'appartamento perfetto. Grazie ancora per averci fatto vivere questa bellissima esperienza: ci rivediamo presto!

Procédure de fast check-in fastidieuse et sollicitation, relances sans arrêt de l'agence en direct pour obtenir des documents et signature de contrat alors que notre prestataire était Booking. Beaucoup d'énergie et de temps consacré à répondre à l'agence en amont et pendant le séjour. Déplacement obligé à l'agence sur place pour payer la taxe, personnel incompétent nous ayant dirigés vers la mairie pour le paiement de cette taxe alors qu'il fallait en fait payer à l'agence par carte bancaire après nous avoir auparavant demandé de faire un virement bancaire, instructions contradictoires sans arrêt, perte de temps. Logement ancien, équipements usés, mobilier très vieux, très inconfortable à remplacer. Cuisine mal équipée. Literie dans une des chambres horribles, matelas très fin. Dans la deuxième chambre murs sâles, mini fenêtre, claustrophobes s'abstenir. Vaisselle insuffisante, avons dû demander des tasses +draps de bain manquants pour 2 personnes. Sols des salles de bain sales, 1 lunette de WC mal fixée, 1 sèche-cheveux fourni non adapté à la prise de courant italienne donc inutilisable, impossible de brancher une plancha de 1500 watt car pas assez de force électrique. Porte du freezer du frigo cassé ne se fermant pas. Voisins au-dessus de la chambre à gauche très bruyants à partir de 6h jusqu'à 9-10h du matin : bruit incessant des douches, lavabos et des WC car très mal insonorisé
