fajny obiekt, duże pomieszczenia, dobra komunikacja z osobą zarządzającą

"Суперское местоположение , но некоторые вещи требуют обновлений ( утюг, кресло, кровать )"

Местоположение , вид из окна , легко попали в квартиру, дружелюбный хозяин

Утюг работал не корректно, отсутствовала стиральная машина , кресло было сломанным .

Telpu plašums, iekārtojums. Atrašanās vieta, bija īres mašīna tāpēc atrašanās vieta bija ērta. Ir autostāvvieta ( garāža kurā noparkoties ir nedaudz sarežģiti) bet Itālijai ierasti😀. Patika, ka ir divas vannasistabas.

"A beautiful location and good facilities."

An excellent property with beautiful views of lake Como. A number of very good restaurants and wine bars within easy walk. The Urio ferry wharf is a 2 minute walk allowing regular and very easy access to Como or further up lake such as Bellagio. Would highly recommend, and especially with a car. The property has an excellent secured garage for a vehicle, and plenty of room in the garage for packing and unpacking luggage.

The wifi could be improved, at times it did not exist.
