Romantic Pier by Rent All Como

Great value for the price. Good separation of the rooms, ideal for 2 couples or family. Two bathrooms. Garage is great to have. Next to the lake and 2 minutes from the boat station. Peaceful environment. We liked the interactive site with all the useful info and map.

Check in was a bit confusing with the paper work. Could have been coffee filter in the kitchen. Beds are a bit too used.

Bathrooms were renovated and very clean. The host was reachable and very helpful.

The garage was very hard to park in and get out as the street was very narrow. Also, You need keys to get in to the garage, and need someone's help to do so. This made it complicated too. Could have been automatic. Secondly, the bed rooms are very old, one bedroom has view of an old building under construction and the other one has no proper windows. Thirdly the fans in the rooms are old, hardly work, inadequate and super noisy, very hard to sleep in. The hotel is very far from touristic sites. The kitchen has every amenity you need to cook etc but there's no single water bottle to drink water when your thirsty. Oh and the wifi was very bad. The sofas in the living room are very old too needs renovation I believe.

Cosy apartment. Nice with the two bathrooms when you're a family of four. Liked that the parking is in a garage! Good information from the host and they replyed quickly. We were glad there were portable fans in the apartment. Nice view from the windows over Lake Como.!

No air condition. More traffic than I expected outside the building.

Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in a very nice location close to Como by car 20min.

Unfortunately the property doesn’t have good signal and the WiFi connection was very bad and many times not working at all.

Perfect location, nice host and easy check in, huge private parking place. With the app we get all the informatins about the village and abut the apartment. Easy communication with the host.

Bit shabby.

This apartment is all about the view. If you are after an off-the-beaten-path view of Lake Como, this is for you. It was easy to check in and check out, and the apartment was clean.

I would recommend a car to get around. Even though there is a bus and lake taxi stop just a few steps away, the schedule is limited and may depend on holidays, and other events on it's reliability. Carate Urio has some rules regarding White Taxi Service that leave getting a hired car a little tricky.
