Cranwell Court Seaview Rooms and Apartments

Was warm and inviting.

Fabulous location on the seafront, high up and overlooking beach and Prom. Great view of the Pier and the castle beyond. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a tv in the bedroom plus a comfortable chair in the window for watching the world go by and the ride rise and fall.

Was all fine - an easy one night stay in Aberystwyth

Was is a lovely location with lovely sea views. Fab to have a kitchen and lounge area instead of just a bedroom.

Instructions on where the location where bad. Asked to pick key up from hotel but not clear on where to go after. Turns out its at the top of the hotel where you pick the key up!

Booked cramwell court Seaview rooms was goven directions to Helmsman guest house. On arrival at 20.30pm, i followed instructions provided and, on entering the room on the third floor, was shocked what i was greeted with. The room⁸ was not clean, smelt fusty, no bed linen, the room was not what i booked from he picture on booking.com. Had to book further accommodation due to not wanting to stay there and not feeling comfortable due to my own anxiety. Had to escalate to a formal complaint with booking.com to get a resolution of a refund which takes time. The management refused to accept accountability, was defensive, and was unable to come to compromise.

Location was incredible. Kitchen facilities were great.

Slightly confused check-in and check-out. We were getting mixed messages through the app. The TV only had 1 channel, not that this was the priority with the view available.

Location was excellent. We were meant to pick up the keys from a key safe but I never received the text telling me the code for the safe. Luckily the host was in when we arrived so was able to hand the keys over in person.

A second comfortable chair in the bay window would have been nice along with a lamp in that area of the room so that it's easy to read a book there when its not bright daylight.
