The mattress in the main bedroom should be replaced but the one in the second room was fantastic

The whole welcoming experience. I received messages before arrival giving detailed directions and what to expect. Karen even suggested a restaurant for dinner and made reservations. On arrival, we were greeted personally and shown around our accommodation. We also received delicious vetkoek as a welcome treat. On the morning we left, I received another message thanking me for our stay and asking if we needed any info before we left. This was really service par excellence!

Perfect cottage, everything clean and well mantained. The host, the best. She helped us in everything we need. Thank you, Karen!

Was an absolutely wonderful stay. The vetkoek that were provided were simply delicious and much appreciated. Karen and her staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable... from dinner reservations to laundry that was washed and ironed. Highly recommended.

Nothing not to like.. everything was perfect

Karen is a super host! She sent through info and ideas about what to do around Clan William. She very kindly upgraded us. The cottage is well equiped and comfortable. The best part was the down duvets and pillows - it was like being at home! The staff are helpful and friendly. We were treated to hot vetkoek and jams on our arrival - a real treat.

Nice entrance on common garden. Hostess was very friendly with information on the flowers of Clanwilliams and environs, but we never got to see her. Her assistant was also very friendly.

The hostess did not come to meet us in person.
