Nice location and so close to everything shops, beach etc Comfy bed and a nice set up to the room

Stains on wall signs of damp, the oven was dirty, hair on plates and also the front door of the property was always unlocked I don't know if that is normal but thought I better say and the room smelt of cigarettes

A lot of things! I am awaiting a 25% refund as we didn’t even stay in No: 8 as it had plumbing issues. I would like to discuss issues with the property owners directly.

Location is not bad

The propriety not clean, dust everywhere. You can see there is long time not clean. It’s not for 3 guests, I booked it for my wife, my 10 month daughter and my self , there was just one double bed in the top and there is no space for my daughter.

Close to the beach

Upon entering the accommodation we were greeted by the previous peoples items in the fridge, the cooking trays were dirty and still had food on them, the bedding looks like it hasn’t been changed from previous people and has dirty patches on it as well as dog hair which states in the policy pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture….. the shower room doesn’t drain which means we have to remover socks and shoes when using the toilet….. the shower is scolding hot with no way of making it cooler which resulted in us burning ourselves…… it states in the policy for the accommodation that quiet time is between 22:00-07:00, however there was a lot banging, shouting from 01:58 which resulted in our dogs barking most of the night due to disturbances…. This has been the case both nights now! Whilst in the enclosed garden with the dogs we were made witness to multiple drug pick ups, which is not something I have paid good money for….. on top of all of this it doesn’t have everything it needed for our stay…. It has 1 wine glass, 1 pint glass and 1 tumbler but states it accommodates 4 people! There is no preparation knives therefore ended up wasting food that we couldn’t prepare properly…. We have booked to stay for 3 nights however only received what looked like half a toilet roll, the washing up liquid lasted us 2 washes so we’ve had to go out and buy more, these are items that should be provided with enough to last the duration of any stay, the car park is full of rubbish where the bins are overflowing…. The WiFi doesn’t work… The accommodation states pet friendly but also states that there will be an extra charge if it needs to be cleaned due to the pets, however there is no cleaning utensils or even a simple dustpan and brush in which we can clean up after ourselves, therefore we will not be paying any further charges… The position of the bed is very dangerous and should have more safety railings not only beside the bed but on the other side of the stairs….
