All was good clean close to shops and to the beach free parking i will recomend

The property, was nice and comfortable and a great location.

A couple of things, the shower hose was split so water sprayed out, no tea/coffee or coffee machine, only two glasses of which one was cracked and only half a toilet roll. Small thing but important. Made the difference from this property being good to great.

Need a little more storage space. A shelf and some where to hang clothes in the bathroom would be useful.

Location was great close to beach and shops. Was clean and presentable Agent very responsive to concerns

Communal area on Entrance not hoovered. Shower was leaving lots of water on floor contacted agent who done some work which made it better Bed sofa is broken as soon as you move away from the wall back falls down Trees need trimming on car park.

Good price for small, but smart used of space flat. All you need are there.

Absolutely NOTHING THE PROPERTY HAD A BROKEN LEG O SOFA BED THEY DID SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT BUT THE FLATCWSS DIRTY THE SOFA BED APART FROM THE BROKEN LEG WAS STAINED REALLY BADLY EHICH I TOOK PHOTOS OF AND WAS MET WITH THE RESPONSE`I CAN ASSURE YOU THE THE SOFA IS WET CLEANED AND STEAMED CLEANED× I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A AIR BED AND SLEEPING BAGS FROM A CHARITY SHOP IN CHRISTCHURCH BECAUSE THE SOFA BED WAS DISGUSTING AND I REFISED TO SLEEP ON IT.

The sofa bed was disgusting stained and a leg of the sofa broken off completely the shower leaked and the toilet STANK!

Fantastic location, clean

The bed was high up, very close to ceiling hitting your head, arms or trying to move around to get out to toilet was a nuisance, stair were not very safe wood was uneven and only one hand rail on a floating stair case, was no room to hang clothes apartment too small for wardrobe etc, neighbours were very loud screaming was worried it was domestic violence at one point, fire alarm for room 2 was also set off twice,

The location was good and it was very easy to get around to see different places.

The facilities were very basic. No toilet roll on arrival, no sharp knife for preparing vegetables. The bed was like a camp bed. The stairs up to it were very steep and narrow, making it extremely dangerous for my little dog. His dog bed could not be near the main bed so I ended up sleeping on the sofa for 3 nights. I was not impressed and very disappointed.

The place is accessible. We had codes to enter the accomodation. We did not know how to use the stove, they answered swiftly even if it was late. The place was nice and suitable for small group. A microwave is helpful. The place was nice. We slept well. I will still recommend and we will still come back. Thank you.

Did not have a microwave. It would be helpful. We found 3 old bread inside the oven/grill, obviously not thoroughly cleaned which was a let down. The drain in the shower takes time to clear up, it was flooding inside the shower/toilet. On the advertisement, the facilities as well as the picture has a coffee machine in it, but when i asked, they only have a kettle. Maybe they should update the pictures and the advertisement. There were obvious marks of previous drips or yellowish tinge by the ceiling on top of the mattress that might need some touching up.
