The instructions on how to access the property were really clear. The property looks exactly as advertised - well presented and clean.

The shower is scorching hot so this could do with being addressed as someone could get badly burned.

I like the location close to shopping sea side. But it is not one bed room. it is a studio, husband and wife slept on sofa bed and mattress is on the roof high stairs. but there is a garden it is a good in the summer unfortunately it was raining all the time that's why we get this rate.

it is not a one bed room. it is a studio it is hard for someone taller to sleep in the roof he bang his head. and little bit difficulted on arrival to find the correct post code and the correct code to enter the room. but we managed in the end.

It was in a contained building and we could hear some of the residents moving about above. Also shower was too hot, reported to host who said building maintenance would fix it

Easy location to find, nice and spacious

Cooker got confusing, fire alarm kept going off in the building even early hours and woke us up

Good location from the sea. Warm, cutlery and cups there, clean and comfortable.

The sofa needed a new cover and personally I’d put a shower curtain in the shower to protect the door from getting wet.

There is parking available on site and the location is close to Boscombe Pier/beach and close to shops. All necessary equipment in the kitchen available. Exit to the terrace is very helpful. Due to the use of the beach, it is possible to dry your clothes and towels. However, the equipment lacks a clothes dryer.

Unfortunately, the comfort in this apartment was very low. The strangest and most bothersome thing for us was the lack of a shower cabin. The bathroom had a shower but without any cover. The entire bathroom floor was a shower tray. After the shower, the entire floor was flooded with water(unfortunately, the drain was blocked and the water flowed very slowly). Unfortunately, it was not difficult to get injured. I slipped several times (you need to wear flip-flops in the shower), but the worst was when my 4-year-old son wanted to use the toilet and he also slipped several times. This is a very dangerous solution. Moreover, there was no mop or squeegee to dry the floor faster. I wouldn't have any complaints about this apartment if it weren't for the fact that my son bruised his knee on the wet bathroom floor. It is not possible to safely use the bathroom after taking a shower. Additionally, the sofa bed downstairs is not suitable for comfortable sleeping due to a huge hole (kink) in the middle.

Location was perfect, very quiet. Room met our needs. Wet room was very slippery for a while after showering, would have been good to have some shower mats for my elderly Mother, she was worried about falling. Some more hooks or a shelf in the wet room would also have been useful.
