Great location and price

Tenía todo los implementos básicos que se necesitan. Buena relación calidad precio, ya que reservamos a última hora.

Mucho ruido de los carros, ya que está justo al lado de una calle principal. No dormimos muy bien debido al colchón y las almohadas, nos generó mucho dolor de espalda. Está a unos 6-8 mins de Xochimilco y Jalatlaco, pero a unos 15 minutos del Centro Histórico a pie.

The location is exceptional. A just 5 minutes from the 1st class bus station. Easy walk into town from flat. Lots of coffee places and restaurants nearby. Facilities are okay, everything worked. However kitchen poorly equipped to do cooking. Disappointed owner didn’t respond to message asking for a few extra things. Just having a cleaning cloth and dust pan and brush would be helpful to keep things clean. Finally, the area is quiet, however the apartment part of small apartment complex. We had one night lots of loud talking and noise from antisocial neighbours who arrived 1am.

Excellent location - an easy walk into the historic centre. With an interior courtyard, the property is safe, tranquil and relatively free of traffic noise. Excellent supermarket is a 7-minute walk - lots of nice restaurants and cafe`s in the area. The kitchen is adequately well-equipped - plenty of cookware and dishes - and one of the few we have ever stayed in with sharp kitchen knives and a cutting board! The owner is very helpful and stayed in touch to make sure all was well for us in the apartment.

The apartment could use better lighting - the ceiling lights are too harsh to use in the evenings. Bedside lamps would be a nice addition, as well. Having to sit on high stools at the kitchen counter was OK, but not really comfortable for nice, long dinners, where a table and chairs would be better.

It was in great location and the apartment had everything you needed.

The back balcony door was not working, we couldn’t get it to open which was rather annoying! The shower didn’t provide hot water consistently, was blaring hot to for 20 seconds then it became freezing cold! We did ask to them to fix it and they came straight away but it just went back to square one and didn’t work.

Very good location. Safe and easily walkable to the centre. Good selection of restaurants nearby.

We had a problem getting any hot water. The manager did come to try to fix it, but it didn't work and we had to have luke warm showers for most of our stay. The wifi was intermittent also. The walls were very thin so you could hear people moving about in the adjacent apartments.

The owner is very responsive. The apartment is clean and spacious and well maintained. My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The apartment is close enough to the centre and walkable distance from major food joints (10-20 minutes). The issue with water that others mention are there but I did not mind it. I came to know about the water crisis in Oaxaca when I was traveling and I believe it’s our responsibility as tourists to be aware of local issues and adapt ourselves to the environment.
