Spacious apartment, nicely decorated, and in a great location, close to the centre and to the bus station, within walking distance of everything. Easy communication with the host.

Lower rating due to several issues to do with water in the property and especially the fact that some of these issues haven't been addressed despite them being mentioned in reviews from months ago or even more than a year ago. 1. shower head in our room was dysfunctional and shot water all over the place - can be a really frustrating experience for guests and would be a small cost to fix; this really should be replaced as a priority; water temperature also a bit unstable 2. cold water in kitchen almost not working, hot water working normally 3. toilet flush quite weak ( + not working at all on arrival, but this was promptly addressed upon our request) In addition to this, the smell of the large shower towels indicates that they have reached the end of their lifetime. They really need replacing every now and then - again, a small cost can go a long way.

Our second stay, we found apartment 6 spacious, comfortable and quiet. Hosts kindly allowed us to checkin early and store luggage. Good value for money.

There were minor maintenance issues, bedside lopsided, tap loose.

Perfect size for longer-term (2 weeks) stay, with living room in front, kitchen in middle, and bedroom with full bath in back.

Noise from neighbors echoed in central courtyard, making it difficult at times to feel private. Also some maintenance issues popped up: toilet didn’t flush, no cold water in kitchen, and no hot water. Management tended to resolve these within a day.
