Excellent location…close to old town, many restaurants, bus station. Able to walk everywhere. Apartment was a good size, separate bedroom, kitchen. Very secure. Design cute.

The shower head needs to be replaced..for little money it would make the experience much better…it shot water all over the bathroom. Mentioned to host who said they would look at it…never did. AC in bedroom only which is fine but fan in living room didn’t work well. A little minor maintenance would make this a 9/10. A bit noisy with traffic and despite being separate suites across a hall, could hear the neighbours watching netfix!

Great location, just on the outer edge of the main tourist area of Oaxaca. The apartments are in their own shared private courtyard off the street, so street noise was very minimal, it was very secure and safe. The apartments were a good size with full kitchen area and lounge.

The water pressure was very very low. The water tanks were filled during our stay, but within another 2 days, the pressure was very low again.

Great location, comfortable apartment, responsive host. Good restaurants nearby and walkable to the centre.

Cold tap in the bathroom didn’t work, but we were using bottled water to brush our teeth so it didn’t matter.

Location, ease of entry, kitchenette, good communication with host,WiFi.

Quiet apartment 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Detear was very attentive and when something went wrong he worked hard to fix it right away. Apartment was a decent size and bright. The Zócalo was only a 15 to 20 minute walk away.

The location was excellent with east access to many landmarks in a walking distance. The host was very responsive with courtesy.

The tap water flow was slow.

The apartments are new and in super good shape. Good comfy bed and great water pressure. Loved the neighborhood.
