bed was terribly horrible its hard,just a thin mattress on a plywood..unit feel like sauna as all the air conditioners not working properly..Towel as thin as they can provide..most of the furniture are rundown…Overall what i can say,the unit is not guest ready…To many to repair before they can open for booking

Smelly master bed room，got last customer vomit food，paid rm70 cleaning fees for what?no cleaning at all . Description said provide 4 bed but 1 bed didn’t have quilt. Aircon very old and not cold.If you didn’t trust me you can try.Wish you luck.

This is my third time staying at the same property. It used to be a very very comfortable unit. Regrettably, this time round, the property is in a very sorry full state. Here are a few items property manager and/or owner may want to take note of: 1) overall : place needs to be refurbished. There seem to be internal pipe leaks leading to mouldy and stained walls around the unit ; check on lights that are not working - there are quite a few. Check on Aircond that are not cold - there are quite a few ; consider providing floor towels in all toilet shower areas, will help keep the place clean ; consider providing one or two kitchen towels so that tenants don't wet the entire sink area when washing stuff. ; replace all rusted rubbish bins around the unit ; ALL bath towels provided are all stained ; ALL bed linens are yellow, very old and thin. 2) master bedroom : 1) water outlet flow issue in shower area. Water doesn't flow properly. 2) rusted rubbish bin in toilet 3) cleanliness of toilet generally not very good 4) light consoles damaged 3) second bedroom : 1) water flow in sink in toilet is completely stuck - water doesn't drain at all. 2) mouldy walls - inside toilet 4) third bedroom : 1) the high wooden skirting next to room door is detached from wall.. 2) laminate flooring in bedroom is quite damaged - pot holes on a few common walked areas. 3) lights not working 5) maid's toilet and laundry area : 1) light in laundry area is very dim, look like LED light dying soon. 2) light in toilet completely not working, need to change light bulb? 3) instant hot water heater is not working.
