Luxury Seaview Family Suite by Little Cabin

The aircond in master bad room not going well.already tell the guy who incharge but did not get any respon

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing First is about the cleanliness - (whole property) floor is dirty, sticky and dusty -bed is dirty and itchy - whole property with a bad smell (like the unit has been unoccupied for a long time) - the wall had visible stains Second is about the facilities & sanitary -the aircond was not working well -wasn't cooking Property -one of the Aircond in the living room is not functioning at all -we have 5 guests and only 4 towels was provided Here are the good things about the Property:- 1. Good location 2. The water heater is functioning well *Didn't take any photos to prove the above as we are too disappointed till we forget to take pictures

I did not like anything from the property…

The air conditioner was not working and the bathroom water was stagnant and did not flow very good…the room was very smelly and not comfortable for staying there…

The house was very spacious, bigger than we expected. The furnitures, electrical appliances, and utensils were all in good condition. The view from the window was also lovely, facing the sea. The condo is located right next to Lotus, there's also a 24-hour mart and shops at the ground floor which was very convenient. The area in which this condo is located is beautiful and peaceful, quite a high-end neighborhood so it was peaceful and away from noise and traffic. It's also just a short walking distance to Straits Quay, where there's a shopping mall and some nice restaurants and bars facing the sea and a beautiful yacht marina. We will not hesitate to book this unit again. We had a wonderful 2-nights stay with family including children.

Although everything was near perfect, there were some things which need slight improvement:- 1. The water heater - the water heater in the master bedroom bathroom seems to be working on and off, we stayed for 2 nights and there were times when we could only get cold water, it may need some repairing. 2. The master bedroom bathtub - it was slightly dirty with some stains, but we managed to wash it by ourselves. Appreciate if this is checked in future before guests check in. Some people may not prefer to wash it by themselves like how we did. 3. Living room - the area below and around the sofas and tv cabinets were not properly swept/ vacuumed. There were dust and small debris. Although this was not very bad and did not really impact our stay, but hope this kind of cleanliness matters are also looked into closely before the guests check in.

The location was good and ideal for the purpose of our visit. Access was easy and convenient. There is a 24hr convenient store in the building which was good. And there is a Hypermarket (Lotus's) just 2 minutes walk away.

Only 1 sofa (3 seater) in the hall and it is old and in rundown condition. One of the bedframe in the master bedroom headboard was broken and shaky. No where to hang our clothes in the 2nd room, had to leave the clothes on the floor. The staffs kept asking for our time of check-out eventhough it wasn't even the checkout time. It was very annoying and dissapointing that we were rushed, we did check-out on time.

The unit was spacious with large living room and 3-bedrooms, and quite near to shops

The 2nd bedroom gives very bad odor, my son have to sleep at the living room. Mentioned to the unit owner, however the cleaner only put deodorant which doesn’t solve the bad smell problem. Our entire stay just utilizing only 2 bedrooms. ☹️
