The washroom has a water leak, and the water is seeping into the next room, making the floor wet At least 40% of the house's lamps are not working The air conditioning in two rooms is not cooling at all, even with the fan running at full speed. I reported this to the team, but by the time I checked out, the issue was still not resolved. The living room sofa is full of water stains / dirt marks, which that housekeeping is not doing their job properly

I wouldn't say it's a suite. More like an apartment. Cooking utensils were not clean properly. The floor was a bit sticky and there were no floor mats. We had to ask for it. My wife even had to mop the floor when we checked in. The second room has no cupboard. The blankets/coverlets provided were too thin. And I don't understand why we were charged for cleaning services when we don't even see any workers coming to clean the place in all our four days there. We asked them to change the towels and were told to use the washing machine. We didn't use the washing machine at all. We went downstairs to use the laundromat. No tissues were provided either. The only thing we enjoyed was the view and it was quite quiet throughout our four days. The main bathroom's glassdoor cannot be closed causing the water to flow out.

Nothing to be liked

This property is disgusting, dirty and feel like haunted. The floor is sticky, greasy and dusty. The unit feel like haunted house because there’s a creepy smiley face on the window. The air conditioners are not “cold”. The shower water is not hot. Bed sheets and blankets are dirty and feel like they didn’t change it.
