"The worst hotel ever"

Close to Lotus's mall

1- Stinky and dirty bed sheets and pillow cases. 2- damaged furniture. 3- bad smell in bathrooms. 4- very bad and cheaty host in communications and service. 5- leakage in the shower hose. 6- A lot of live cockroaches

"Terrible service, not hygiene at all and cheated customer"

None. This is the worst homestay I have ever stay. I have been staying thru Airbnb and I have no issue at all. But through booking. Com was so unprofessional especially your agent Little Cabin

1.This is the worst service apartment luxury Seaview under home stay of Little Cabin as agent has really no responsibility at all. Cheated the guest upon registration to pay to the guard and yet they charge us. Send whatapps yet say will check but never revert. 2. No proper guidance on the entrance of the Jazz suite. Going round in circle. Call the number no one pick up. 3. Croakroches everywhere in the apartment be it on the table, room chairs, hair underneath the sofa. Not hygiene at all. Chairs are broken imagine and how to sit on it. Imagine if people sit on it, and fall down. Who responsibilities? 4. Agent that will revert to us and until now never. I will not recommend this place at all to everyone in Penang. I will rate them no star at all. Very dissapointed with their bad service

I like the cleanliness,the view ,location,complete home feel,the easy self check in without any hassle.

The air-cond in the main room and hall not fuctioning .Thank god the weather is not really hot.

The house is super comfortable for the kids and family !

The staff who handling this accommodation ! Explaining every single things in WhatsApp which is sometimes we have to recall back them to double confirm ! It’s will be more good if they explain by call . It’s almost 20mins from car park to apartments. It’s more horrible when the kids is around . Thanks
