"Worth the money…NO should have gone to Premier Inn disappointed ☹️"

2.0

Location was poorly signposted we missed the entrance

The fire/electric heater packed up 5 minutes after we arrived in the accommodation and this was after reception closed and the coldest night of the year 7 deg C. the lamp in the bedroom was faulty/ didn’t work we could hear music thumping through the walls from down stairs, the bathroom taps were on the wrong way you had to sit at an angle to use the toilet, the table and chairs were flimsy and both the bed and softer were very low to the floor not good for us O.A.P’s. Saving Grace just, staff helpful 9/10. hot water…VERY HOT watch the kiddies with it

"Pleasant"

6.0

Good location, good sized bathroom and space to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

Very cheap, comfy bed but sparsely decorated. Felt clinical and unhomely so definitely made it quite difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. There was a bathroom down the hall which was well equipped but then bizarrely a bath tub in the bedroom. It feels like a university accommodation to be honest. Heating was completely off when we arrived so we had to wait a while upon arrival to warm the place up enough. The staff called me a week before to finalize everything - I was given a very small check-in window (2 hours from 4-6pm) - staff were seemingly put out when I explained we had prebooked plans for the day that wouldn't work with this but the staff on the day itself were very helpful and nice. Good option for a very cheap stay, you get what you pay for I guess.

"A jewel in the countryside"

8.0

It was only for one night due to travelling on to another place of interest but the apartment was large comfortable & cozy with all the mod cons that we decided to stay in enjoy & relax

It does have a few stairs to climb. Even though says Manor House it’s actually at the back of what would have been servants quarters that have been converted. Still very nice large enough for a family & we had a excellent price for the night

"Peaceful surroundings"

10.0

Spotlessly clean, bright and inviting. The apartment was so spacious and all of the rooms pleasant, airy and comfortable. The ensuite off the double bedroom was a little bit of luxury with the underfloor heating. We were staying in the area for a family wedding but I wish I'd had an extra day or two to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Onsite shop was very reasonably priced and had good choice of stock.

All that would have been useful to us is a late check out option, extended pool hours and being able to get a takeaway without leaving the site but this is potentially due to the time of year. Also a table lamp in all rooms would be good.
