Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Charles Hope Southampton Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. Guests living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

"Traumatic"

Location is very good and there was heating

The property does make it clear that they will require £50 deposit. Just to note that although they have confirmed that the deposit will be returned in 3-5 working days that didn’t happen. Now I’ll have to go into process of demanding deposit to be returned which is very inconvenient and uncomfortable . There should be more than one glass at the property. Shampoo was for men. The coffee machine tablets didn’t match the machine so couldn’t be used. I couldn’t open the washing machine drawer to put detergent. It took me a while to find tv . Ironing board was falling apart and needed screwing. I was provided with wrong wifi password. Etc

I liked the whole apartment it was very nice

I didn't like the noise was awake most of the night with a party going on nearby also I woke up and and fancied a coffee which was great but unfortunately there wasn't any sugar

Very convenient to centre.Great amenities. Very clean.Staff were very helpful on phone.

Instructions to get in could have been better.No instructions in apartment for washing machine,dishwasher or coffee maker.Had to get someone in to open washing machine as I'm not used to front loaders

location is good but management sucks. I booked the extension at the beginning, and booked parking for one day when I checked in. I got the fine ticket when I checked out by management company for parking. The management team says I didn't extension for parking, they didnt even mentioned there was extension choice when I book by phone. Sucks
