Greenhead Central

It was central enough and it was booked very last minute .So some communications were a little short. The entry was a little fraught, but the owners came through ok.

I vigorously self cater.The kitchen was ok, but low on basic equipment..

Very central location although on a busy road.

I wanted specific information about access before arrival. Didn’t know how to get into the flat. But received a phone call as soon as I arrived so that answered my query. Only suggestion is a better quality mattress and pillows.

The price was very high due to a concert in town however the room was super clean and well presented through out. This was a good experience in Huddersfield and the host was on hand to help .

It was a short walk to the John Smith Stadium, which was why we booked it as we were going to a concert.

Very overpriced, not the room I thought I'd booked, but the attic with low beams and not much space. We didn't receive an email as suggested in order to get details of how to get in to the problem and it took several texts and a phone call once we arrived in order to gain access. Worth a third of the price, at the most. I rarely leave reviews and travel a lot. Felt completely stung by this experience. Had it been under £100 then I may have felt less cheated. Not good.

Not impressed with the quality of the room compared to the price we paid. We paid £360 and looking at the photos expected quite a luxury stay. This was not the case. There were quite a few little issues that all added up that made it not value for money. There was only 1 bed side table No lamps in the bedroom A bracket on the wall for a TV, but no TV A wardrobe that you can't call a wardrobe, it looked like the doors had been ripped off and never replaced, and the white coating was peeling off. The shower ran bery hot to the point it was burning but then switch to freezing cold There was no iron and ironing board. It felt like the room is half way being renovated and not finished. I have messaged the staff, only to be told it will be passed onto the manager in the morning, but no offer of a full/partial refund.
